I am a determined recruiter with experience in full cycle recruiting, specializing in the Health Care industry. Through internet searches I search, identify and qualify potential candidates (through internal databases, job boards, other search engines, contact lists, cold calls, etc.). I conduct comprehensive phone screens/interviews to determine essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills and salary requirements. I make it my habit to provide weekly updates to my hiring managers. If necessary I will negotiate offers with candidates.
